“The Blues Doctor” broadcasts “live” from ”The Soul Kitchen” cafe, playing rare and lost R&B Blues gems from the ’30s, ’40s, ’50s, and ’60s. He is always joined by producer Rych, Bea, the four-legged Finn Maccool, the 10% terrier Freya, radio listeners, and diners while celebrating timeless songs that include the sacred and profane. The award-winning “Soul Kitchen” has been delighting listeners since 2007. The Blues Doctor has graced the airwaves of various radio stations for many years in various formats. In a prior radio life, The Blues Doctor was “The Jazz Doctor” and hosted improvisational Jazz programs where he interviewed jazz luminaries, including the likes of Wynton Marsalis, Diana Krall, Ravi Coltrane, Joshua Redman, and Horace Silver, to name just a few.
