Official Giveaway Rules
- NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Making a purchase or contribution will not improve your chances of winning.
- Eligibility: Open to US residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of Central Coast Media Education Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
- How to enter: Complete the entry form on the applicable giveaway page. Limit one entry per person per contest. Multiple entries from the same person are void. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated means are void.
- Winner selection: Winners are selected at random from eligible entries and notified by email. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
- Prizes: Tickets are awarded in pairs unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. Tickets will be held at will call under the winner's name as submitted.
- Eligibility window: Winners are eligible once every 60 days across all KPCR giveaways.
- Release of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release KPCR, Central Coast Media Education Foundation, and all associated partners from any liability related to participation or prize use.
- KPCR reserves the right to cancel or modify any giveaway at any time. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
